RAGmatic is a Google Sheets add-on that uses GPT technology to analyze documents and extract information. The Service is provided by Moat AI ("we," "us," or "our").

3. User Accounts

You must have a valid Google account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Moat AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

6. User Content

You retain any copyright that you may hold in the content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service:

• To violate any applicable laws or regulations
• To infringe upon any third-party rights
• To transmit any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• To impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
• To interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service
